Elemental Resources is a small, privately owned, company that manages real estate investments in West Virginia.  We are based in South Charleston, WV. Historically, our primary focus has been to acquire mineral properties through the tax lien process throughout WV to hold and lease to companies to ultimately derive production therefrom. However, more recently we have been focusing on acquiring surface acreage, lots, and rentals.
