Elemental Resources was formed by Matthew Hoeft, Jon Forjone, and Kris Hughes in September of 2009 from the division of H3 LLC. Brian Cobb became a member of the company in June of 2012. Together, we have over seventy years of real estate experience within the state of West Virginia.  Most of our property acquisitions have been through buying tax liens at the annual West Virginia State Auditor’s auctions now held every spring for delinquent real estate taxed.  Most of our income is derived from leasing and selling these same properties to private owners and companies.
